| 2006 Staff award winners announced American University is blessed with a talented and hard-working staff. But each year a handful of AU staff go above and beyond the call of duty. For their efforts, they are recognized with awards during Staff Appreciation Week. Among the honorees this year is a group from the Office of Campus Life, the associate director of Media Relations, and an associate dean at the Washington College of Law. In all 16 staff were honored for their creativity, positive attitude, immense talent, can-do attitude, and above all, results. Innovation award
