AU students stage Greek tragedy Antigone
The Greenberg Theatre will be transformed into an ancient Greek amphitheater, as AU students, under the direction of Gail Humphries Mardirosian, present Sophocles’ timeless myth Antigone.
The 2,500-year-old play will be staged at 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, through Saturday, Feb. 12, at the theatre, 4200 Wisconsin Ave.
Tickets, which can be purchased online at www.americantix.com, are $8 for the AU community and seniors and $15 for the general public. For more details, contact the box office at 885-2587.
